FAQ

1. When will I receive my photos?

I deliver all my images via a private online gallery - turnaround is 1 week. You’ll receive an email with a link to your gallery where you can download your images and purchase prints.

2. What do I need to do before booking your session?

Please take sometime to review my portfolio based on the session type you are going to book. Make sure my photography style (color, storytelling, vision)is the one you're looking for.

3. How to book a session ?

Press the contact me button to connect me. After chat with you and set a date for your session, a signed contract and typically half of the session fee are needed to reserve your desired date and time. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card.

4. What does "Travel fee" mean?

- Long distance fee: Session locations beyond 30-minute driving distance from April Ouyang Photography .
- Toll fee (i.e.: interstate, entering NYC etc.)
- Parking fee

5. Do you photoshop photos?

I use Lightroom to enhance your images and remove blemishes, but not photoshop your photos like to make your face or body more slim.

6. What shoud I wear?

I strongly recommend you to wear anything that reflect you and your family. Some neutral colors like ivory white, grey, jean blue, and brown will never go wrong.

Dons: avoid outfits or shirts that have large graphic or words, and avoid neon bright colors, because these will play distractions in the photos.
